I’ve always admired the essence that a band like Eternal Frequency brings to each of their songs. That fusion of alternative rock with touches of metalcore not only feels interesting to me but also dynamic and powerful. This time, I had the pleasure of remastering one of their most recognized tracks, “Down”, originally released in 2018 and self-produced by the band. However, I wanted to give it a more polished and professional edge, approaching it from a slightly more aggressive perspective than the original version—enhancing the dynamics, bringing out the bass presence, and above all, giving the percussion a more resonant feel.
