Additionally, we work on more advanced processes like quantization, manual tuning, effects application, compression, dynamics, and equalization (EQ), until achieving a polished and professional result.
b) Stereo Mastering: In Stereo Mastering, we work on an already mixed track, optimizing it to sound perfect on any playback system. We focus on equalization (EQ), dynamic control (compression and limiting), stereo enhancement, harmonic excitement, and saturation, as well as optimizing volume for streaming platforms and radio. This process ensures your music meets industry standards while maintaining clarity and impact in all listening contexts.
2.4 How long does the mixing and mastering process take?
The delivery time varies depending on the complexity of the project and the number of tracks/stems per session. Generally, mixing and mastering a song can take between 7 to 20 business days.
2.5 Can I send my mix files in any format?
We accept most audio formats, but we prefer WAV or FLAC files to ensure the best quality during the mixing and mastering process. However, it is very important that you send us well-organized and properly labeled files (ex:, Lead Vocals, Backing Vocals, Bass, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, etc.).

To begin, we need to evaluate your project to assess its viability and determine the specific requirements for your project. 2.8 Can I request changes after mixing and mastering?
Yes, we offer revision rounds after the final delivery of the mix and master to ensure you're fully satisfied with the result. However, depending on the selected 'tier,' you will be entitled to one or two revisions. If you need more revisions, you can request them regardless of the chosen tier, with an additional payment.
2.9 Can you mix and master a song that was recorded at another studio?
Yes, we can work with recordings from other studios. Just make sure to send us high-quality files without embedded effects (Dry Stems). Additionally, please indicate the details of what you'd like to achieve with the mix.

3.1 What’s the difference between PR Campaigns and Internal Placements?PR Campaigns focus on external exposure — connecting your release with trusted media outlets, curators, and platforms to increase visibility and credibility. Internal Placements, on the other hand, are designed to grow your presence within the Bad Wolf Records ecosystem, generating genuine interest, engagement, and trust among new listeners.
3.2 Who can submit a release?
Any artist, band, or label can submit a release — regardless of genre or experience level. Whether it’s your first single or a full album, we’ll tailor the strategy to your goals.
3.3 Do I need to have my song released to apply?
Not necessarily. You can submit unreleased tracks using private links (SoundCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
If your track is already live on streaming platforms, please include those links instead.
3.4 How long does the process take?
Once we receive your submission and materials, our team reviews them within 72 hours.
After that, timelines may vary depending on the campaign type:

Payments are made via wire transfer.
In exceptional cases, we can accept PayPal, with an additional 10% service fee.
3.7 Can I request a refund?
All payments are final and non-refundable, as setup and distribution begin immediately after confirmation.
