Working on the remastering of Young Robot by Dance Gavin Dance was an incredibly rewarding experience. We’ve always admired the band for their unique and highly experimental approach, so having the opportunity to contribute to one of their songs was truly an honor. The process was quite a challenge, as their style blends complex rhythmic structures, unexpected dynamic shifts, and richly detailed instrumentation.

We placed special focus on ensuring that every instrument and vocal would shine equally, making sure each element had its own space in the mix while maintaining cohesion. Our goal was to highlight every detail clearly, prioritizing an immersive and captivating atmosphere that would do justice to the track’s energy and emotion. Finding the perfect balance required a lot of precision and creativity, but the final result was absolutely worth it. It was a project we not only enjoyed, but one that allowed us to grow both technically and artistically.
