2. Services Offered
Bad Wolf Records offers a variety of music production services, audio mixing, mastering, promotion, and marketing, including, but not limited to, artist profile creation, press articles, radio and playlist placements, music platforms, artist consulting, and other related services.

3. Website Use
Access to the Bad Wolf Records website and its services is intended solely for legal purposes and in accordance with all applicable local laws and regulations. The website functions as a music promotion platform, allowing users to access content related to artists, releases, and services. Visitors can explore available information and contract promotional, consulting, and other services offered by Bad Wolf Records. Acquiring these services does not require registration or passwords, but clients must provide necessary information and make the corresponding payments to access them.

4. Service Prices
The prices of services offered by Bad Wolf Records, such as recording, mixing, and mastering, may vary according to the project's needs. Mixing and mastering rates are structured at different levels, and costs may adjust depending on the specific requirements of each artist. Once the artist completes the corresponding forms and additional requirements are identified, or if the artist requests extra services, the original price may be modified accordingly.

5. Bad Wolves Endorsed Artist Program & Label Partnership
Bad Wolf Records offers two types of partnerships with artists, bands, and music professionals:

• Symbolic Partnership: If the artist’s or band’s proposal is deemed of interest to our team and considered aligned with the identity and values of our brand, Bad Wolf Records may offer a Symbolic Association. This arrangement includes the creation of a dedicated artist profile with a unique URL, which may optionally be used as the artist’s or band’s official website. The profile will feature the artist’s discography, biography, photo gallery, and links to social media platforms, with the purpose of enhancing their promotion and visibility. The Symbolic Association does not generate commissions on streaming platform plays or on any other income sources derived from musical content. Likewise, it requires no initial payment, being a completely free benefit for the artist or band.
   

• Representative Partnership: The Representative Association includes all the benefits described under the Symbolic Association, while also providing additional advantages. This modality requires the payment of a monthly membership fee or, under exceptional circumstances, the assignment of a percentage of streaming revenues, provided there is a prior and documented agreement between the artist or band and the Bad Wolf Records A&R team. Additional benefits include:
  
  - Discounts on music production services.
  - Activation of internal promotional campaigns (press articles, reviews, and social media promotion).
  - Access to external public relations (PR) campaigns.
  - Authorization to use the Bad Wolf Records brand, logos, and other distinctive assets for representative or legal purposes, in accordance with the company’s established terms and conditions.
   

In both cases, acceptance into our endorsed artist program is subject to review by our A&R team.

6. Payment and Billing Policy
Payments must be made through the available payment methods on our website if the services were contracted directly through it. If services were contracted through associated platforms like Groover or Musosoup, the payment policy established by those platforms must be followed. In both cases, all payments will be processed according to the terms specified at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in exceptional circumstances.

7. Services Through Partners (Musosoup and Groover)
If you choose to contract our services through associated platforms like Musosoup or Groover, you must follow the terms and conditions established by those platforms. Additionally, Bad Wolf Records has its own specific terms and conditions for services offered on these platforms, which complement the general terms of Musosoup and Groover. 8. Return and Refund Policy

At Bad Wolf Records, we strive to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our clients by incorporating revision stages throughout our professional services. However, due to the nature of our work, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all professional services, including studio recordings, audio mixing, and mastering. These services require dedicated time, expertise, and effort from our team, and once initiated, resources are allocated, making refunds unfeasible. To ensure client satisfaction, we offer structured revision phases during each session, allowing for necessary adjustments before final delivery.

For other services, such as news posts, radio placements, and promotional campaigns, refunds may be requested, but they must be processed through the platform where the service was originally purchased (e.g., Groover, Musosoup, or other third-party platforms). Each platform has its own refund policies, and any refund requests must comply with their respective terms.

9. Intellectual Property
The content, logos, designs, and trademarks of Bad Wolf Records are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The use of these elements is prohibited without the express consent of Bad Wolf Records.

10. Liability
Bad Wolf Records will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, service failures, or issues arising from interactions with third parties.

11. Modifications to the Terms
Bad Wolf Records reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Modifications will be posted on this page, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Suspension and Termination
Bad Wolf Records reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to its services and/or remove material from its website in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, or for any other reason the company deems appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving damage to the brand, defamation, or any action that harms members of our team, the integrity of the company, or our reputation, such as slander, libel, or inappropriate conduct.
