Before sending your music, please take a moment to review these terms carefully. This document outlines how we operate on Groover, what artists can expect, and clarifies the scope of services offered through the platform.

About Bad Wolf Records
Bad Wolf Records® is an independent music production studio, record label, and promotional platform. Within the Groover ecosystem, our role is limited to playlist consideration, social media shares, and technical feedback when relevant. Submissions are evaluated for artistic and technical fit.

1. Media

1.1 Playlist Inclusion ▶️

Singles may be selected for inclusion in our YouTube playlists. Albums may have selected tracks promoted.
Playlist placement depends on submission order, volume of tracks, and artistic fit.
Our team decides playlist category placement, but you may request a change by contacting us at badwolfrecords@outlook.com.
Playlists currently do not include Spotify.

1.2 Social Media Sharing 📲

Exceptional tracks may be shared as a #TrackOfTheDay on our Instagram and Facebook stories.
Requirements: active Instagram profile, track available on Meta platforms, original audio file, high-res vertical photos, and release cover art.
Assets must be provided within 7 days. Delay in submission may result in inclusion only in a playlist.
Story publication timing depends on our content calendar, typically 15–30 days in advance.

2. Feedback

2.1 Technical Feedback 📝

Provided at our discretion, based on artistic and technical relevance.
Not all requests for feedback are guaranteed to receive a response.
Some tracks may be added to playlists without direct feedback.

3. Collaborations

3.1 Label Opportunities

Artists may express interest in joining our label.
Bad Wolf Records may propose label affiliation if the artist demonstrates potential and meets our submission requirements.
Full completion of profile, biography, pitch, social links, and assets is required for consideration.
Final decisions rest solely with our A&R team.

4. General Terms

Groover acts solely as a communication bridge; it does not guarantee access to Bad Wolf Records’ paid services.
Engagement through Groover constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Bad Wolf Records reserves the right to evaluate all submissions and determine eligibility for playlisting, story shares, and feedback.
