Anxiety Relief is an emotionally immersive album by Pablo Lavins, blending cinematic sensibilities with rich, organic instrumentation, including cello, violin, viola, piano, harpsichord, guitars, bass, and flutes. Despite its compositional complexity, the album thrives on restraint and minimalism, creating contemplative, intimate soundscapes where every note matters.

Working on this album was a challenge for me, as it was only my second time exploring folk-influenced music—but I thoroughly enjoyed experimenting with new sounds. I handled every stage of production, from composition and arrangements to recording, mixing, and mastering, ensuring clarity and cohesion across the diverse instruments.

The track “I Want to Drink with You” stands out with its indie rock energy, distorted guitars, and punchy drums, exploring themes of youth, shared experiences, and escaping reality. It highlights Pablo Lavins’ versatility and adds a lively contrast to the album’s reflective atmosphere.
